PROCESSING:
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Most engraved items will require more time, as those are custom, made-to-order. We provide customers with updates on estimated shipment dates. There is no charge for processing.
SHIPPING:
We use USPS for all of our shipments unless specifically asked not to. If you would like us to use a different carrier, it would be best for you to call us at 800-321-3458 with your order instead.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We're confident that once you have used our products, you won't want to make a return! However, if you are unhappy with one of our products, we ask that you call us at 800-321-3458 so that we can reach a resolution.
